Rev. Dr. Claire Bamberg is the Director of Coaching at The Center for Progressive Renewal. She focuses her coaching primarily on individual clergy and congregational leaders, church renewal, leadership development, and healthy communications in inter- and intra- congregation relationships. Claire began her work in organizational systems in 1991, and is an expert in this field. In addition to her Masters in Divinity (Harvard Divinity School), Claire also has a Doctorate in Ministry in Pastoral Care and Counseling (CTS, Indiana), membership in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, the American Group Psychotherapy Association, and the International Coach Federation. She is a certified mediator, with additional training in systems mediation, and is currently the Director of Coaching and Senior Consultant for The Center for Progressive Renewal. Claire has served as a supervisor and support at both the masters and doctoral level, for students in training in the mental health field, to staff of the two Pastoral Counseling Centers with which she was the Executive Director, and to her current team of coaches. She has served as adjunct professor at both Hartford Seminary and Harvard Divinity School, forming lasting coaching relationships with her students.
Rev. Jim Keat is the host of CPR Live and the Director of Online Learning at The Center for Progressive Renewal. He is also the Associate Minister of Digital Strategy & Online Engagement at The Riverside Church in New York City as well as the creator of online projects and platforms like Thirty Seconds or Less, That'll Preach, and more. Jim is a divergent thinker, an ideation specialist, and an aspiring minimalist.
