Gallup Assessment for New Church Developers: Created by the Gallup Organization, this online assessment looks at your core leadership characteristics and measures them against a research group of over 2000 successful pastors who have started new churches. At the end of the assessment, you will receive a report and a numeric score indicating your likelihood of success in starting a new church. The cost of the assessment is $49.99. Phone Interview: After taking the Gallup Assessment, spend 30 minutes talking to a CPR church planting specialist about your assessment results and your dreams of starting a church. Our CPR Team can help you connect with training opportunities, coaching and denominational contacts (if needed).

- CPR on Campus - CPR is going on the road to seminaries across the country teaching practical skills in starting and renewing churches. If you are the pastor or lay leader of a church, this course is for you! Join other seasoned practitioners as we explore best-practices in growing churches.
- Online Learning Center - CPR offers a variety of online courses and webinars. These are designed to expose you to the latest thinking in church planting and renewal. Our online courses are asynchronous, allowing you to learn at your own pace. Webinars are one hour live events, often featuring new authors or leaders in the progressive church. We encourage church teams to take and complete the courses together.
Coaching: CoachShare is group coaching at its best. CoachShare allows you access not only to the expertise of a trained coach but also connects you to a peer-learning group of people who are working towards similar goals. CPR CoachShare are around 5-10 people and meet online once or twice a month over the web and on the phone. Our groups are formed around carefully chosen topics or challenges leaders are facing in the progressive church. We use only the best national facilitators to guide the sessions and then encourage the sharing of best practices within the group.
