CoachShare for Small Church Leaders is a 12 month program. Groups have 5-10 people and meet once a month online as a group for training, case study review and coaching. Participants also work one on one with the coach during the month. Each client must complete a goal sheet provided by CPR that will guide the coaching relationship for the duration of the program.

At the start of each group, the coaches will ask you to list the themes/topics you want to address during your sessions. Rather than assume that we know what topics are most challenging to you in your setting, we want to be sure we are asking you and designing a program to fit your needs. Our coaches are experienced pastors and have excellent wisdom to share. They are also well-connected and will find the coaching resources you need when you need them.
