In addition to the five One-to-One Coaching Sessions:
GROUP SESSION #1 First Impressions
In this session we’ll take on questions and issues that should be addressed in the first months of ministry. What boundaries need to be set? How do you move to a church and what do you do when you get there? What might your first month look like?
GROUP SESSION #2 Who are these people?
Now that you have been there for a bit, you have begun to notice the beautiful complexity of God’s people gathered together. In this session we will explore ways to pastor people with diverse perspectives and personalities.
GROUP SESSION #3 What next?
Assuming a long life of ministry in one form or another, we will explore strategies and practice that could help to maintain health and fulfillment in ministry. We will look at self-care, colleague groups, spiritual disciplines, etc.
