YOU are the instrument of change
Coaching is a way of working with people that increases their capacity, competency and contribution to their organization. Where therapy looks backward to heal the past, coaching looks at the present and future to increase personal effectiveness.
Organization Development (OD) aligns the visioning, structure, processes, strategy, culture of an organization to help embed its own self-renewing capacity. OD contributes to an organization’s increased effectiveness and overall healthy functioning.
OD Coaching builds the capacity of leaders to have a more powerful presence in, and impact on, their organizational system. We coach specifically around building an engaged, accountable, sustainable organization.
Engage with materials to increase their own self-awareness. Learning to respond versus react is the first step to having a powerful presence.
Develop the capacity to coach each other through their organizational challenges
Learn and practice ways of increasing the depth of engagement among their organizational leaders
Learn and practice ways of creating a culture of self-enrolled accountability within their organization
